Refund Policy

We require a Rs 1,500 deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This allows us to reserve your time and prepare everything needed for your visit.

Please take note of the following:

• Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund of the deposit — no questions asked.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.

• No-shows will also result in the deposit being forfeited.

We completely understand that life happens, which is why we always encourage clients to reach out as early as possible if plans change. The earlier you let us know, the more we can do for you.

Our time is reserved exclusively for you — and your deposit helps us protect that for both of us.
