ARRIVE ON TIME

Please arrive exactly at your scheduled appointment time — not earlier, not later — to allow us to give each

guest our full attention.

15 MINUTES GRACE PERIOD

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment out of respect for the next client’s time

SOLO APPOINTMENTS ONLY

To maintain a calm and professional atmosphere, we kindly ask that you come alone. No companions, children, or pets.
