f your extensions weren't applied by us, please note that an additional fee applies — and here's why: Working on another salon's set takes significantly more time. We have to carefully assess the condition of existing lashes, remove any grown-out or damaged extensions, and work around different adhesives and application styles before we can even begin your refill. It's essentially twice the work for half the result. To guarantee the quality and longevity you deserve, we always recommend starting with a fresh full set — but if you'd like to keep what you have, we've got you covered. Just know the extra charge reflects the extra care that goes into doing it right.
